The completion of the land reform and privatization of state enterprises are two of the three main tasks of the Ministry within the framework of the area reforming strategy «3+5». Regulated land relations will simplify the functioning of the business and will guarantee the investment protection. In its turn, the privatization will bring not only money but also new technologies, will allow to create new jobs, fill the budgets of all levels. This will lead the Ukrainian agriculture to a new level.”

That is, the country that has a modern, modernized agricultural complex, develops new technologies and is a world leader in their implementation. The place where the profile of higher education allows to attract the best young talents from all over Eastern Europe, where active large IT-hubs operate for the needs of agriculture, developing products that are readily bought in the world.”
