Most of its authors are People’s Front Party members, namely Tetiana Chornovol, Andriy Levus, Serhiy Vysotsky, Ihor Lapin, Volodymyr Soliar, Mykola Velychkovych, Dmytro Tymchuk, Mykhaio Havryliuk, Andriy Teteruk, Yuriy Bereza, Anton Gerashchenko, Mykola Kniazhytsky, Ihor Vasiunyk, and Yuriy Tymoshenko.

Other authors of the bill are Ihor Lutsenko and Ivan Krulko (both from the Batkivschyna Party), independent MPs Boryslav Bereza and Volodymyr Parasiuk, and Ivan Vynnyk and Ihor Nasalik (both from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc).

As was reported, Ukraine’s Anti-Monopoly Committee did not consider an application filed by Swiss-based Glusco Energy S.A. on January 11 for the acquisition of Rosneft’s filling stations in Ukraine.

Rosneft has 141 filling stations in 12 Ukrainian regions. They work under such brands as Formula, TNK, Zolotoy Gepard (Golden Cheetah), and Smile.
