Ukraine will refund value added tax (VAT) due to all Polish investors in full before the end of this year, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said.
"We will refund VAT to all Polish investors before the end of this year. And early next year, we will switch to making automatic VAT refunds," Azarov said at a joint press conference with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk in Warsaw on Thursday.
