Azov-Black Sea Investment Company LLC intends to build up a 99.99 percent stake in the charter capital of public joint-stock company Kharkiv Airlines, or 13.333 million shares, the investment company has reported in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market.

As reported, the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) sold a 99.99 percent stake in Kharkiv Airlines for UAH 1.2 million. It was reported that businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky has become the owner of the 99.99% stake in Kharkiv Airlines.

The press service of DCH, uniting the assets of Yaroslavsky, told Interfax-Ukraine that the building of the stake by Azov-Black Sea Investment Company LLC in Kharkiv Airlines is a formal procedure for re-registering corporate rights, and it will not influence the company’s development plans.

Kharkiv-based state owned Kharkiv Airlines was set up in July 1998 through separating out assets from Kharkiv-based state owned airlines, and was reorganized into OJSC Kharkiv Airlines in December 2001.
