Bloomberg: Ukraine may borrow $1.5 billion, Arbuzov tells Dzerkalo Tyzhnya

Ukraine may borrow as much as $1.5 billion, Dzerkalo Tyzhnya reported citing Serhiy Arbuzov, the head of the central bank.
