SCM Holding, owned by Ukraine’s richest man, Rinat Akhmetov, agreed with Epic Financial Consulting Gesellschaft to acquire a stake in VAT Ukrtelecom, Kommersant-Ukraine reported, citing an unidentified person familiar with the deal.
SCM is aware of the possible sale of the Ukrtelecom stake
and cannot comment on “hypothetical deals,” said SCM spokesman
