Businessmen in Crimea and Sevastopol will be offered to reregister their business to the territory of any region of Ukraine or Kyiv, which will allow companies to pay taxes in line with Ukrainian law, the press service of the Income and Tax Ministry of Ukraine reported on Wednesday, March 26.

The press service said that companies and individual businessmen
registered on the territory of Crimea or Sevastopol, in order to change
their residence registration, are to apply to the state registrar of the
Ukrainian registration service in the regions and Kyiv. The income and
tax agencies register the companies after receiving extracts from the
state register.

The taxpayers who reregister their business but they are not included
in the state register are to submit the application to the income and
tax agencies of the region selected and they will be registered on the
basis of the application.

“All companies which were in the state of transfer from the tax
inspectorates in Crimea or Sevastopol to the tax inspectorates in the
regions or Kyiv are considered registered,” reads the report.

Companies or self-employed people who pay taxes on the territory of
the regions or Kyiv and the single tax on the territory of Crimea or
Sevastopol could supply an application to register it as assured person
in the relevant tax inspectorate in the region or Kyiv.

“In all four cases taxpayers pay taxes, duties and a single tax and
submit tax declarations, reports and fulfill other liabilities of
taxpayers in the regions and Kyiv after their registration,” the
ministry said.
