Hanna Bezliudna will manage Inter Media Group, which includes television channels such as Inter, Inter+, K1, K2, Mega, NTN, Pixel and MTV Ukraine, the press service of the Inter TV Channel has told Interfax-Ukraine.

“Bezliudna was authorized by the stockholders to manage the media business and ensure the development of the group’s media assets. She was appointed director for the development of Inter Media Group and became a member of the supervisory board of the Inter TV Channel,” the channel’s press service reported.

Bezliudna will also retain her positions in public organizations.

“She continues to work as deputy head of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine and head of the Federation of Employers of the Media Industry,” the press service said, referring to Bezliudna.

As reported, the stockholders of PJSC Inter TV Channel at a meeting on February 14 appointed Borys Krasniansky head of the supervisory board of the channel. Krasniansky is the managing director of Group DF owned by businessman Dmytro Firtash.

Firtash, in partnership with Head of Ukraine’s Presidential Administration Serhiy Liovochkin, earlier acquired Inter Media Group from former Ukrainian First Deputy Prime Minister Valeriy Khoroshkovsky.

Inter TV Channel is among three most popular channels in Ukraine (with a share of 14-16% over the recent months). Its net income in 2011 grew by 30.9%, to UAH 744.77 million, almost returning to the level of the pre-crisis year of 2008. Its net loss last year fell by 29.5%, to UAH 137.63 million.

Inter Media Group includes such TV channels as Inter, Inter+, NTN, K1, K2, Enter, Enter-Film, Mega, MTV Ukraine, and other production and marketing companies.
