You're reading: Italy’s King Cross opens Lviv shopping mall

King Cross Leopolis shopping mall opened for business in Lviv on March 26.

The mall is the largest in western Ukraine, covering 100,000 square meters. Construction cost 115 million euros.

The project was a joint venture between the Italian company King Cross and the Ukrainian firm Komfort-Invest. The mall houses electronics hypermarket FoxMart, food hypermarket Auchan, of France, as well as famous names such as Zara and Adidas.

A covered skating rink is set to open later in the year, as well as a seven-screen movie theater.
