Makiyivkagaz plans to buy 26% stake in Lubnygaz

PJSC Makiyivkagaz is intending to participate in a tender for the privatization of a 26% stake in PJSC Lubnygaz, Makiyivkagaz said in the official press. 

Currently the company and its affiliates do not own shares in Lubnygaz.

As reported, the State Property Fund put a 26% stake in Lubnygaz up for sale at a privatization tender, which will be held on September 11. The starting price of the stake is UAH 330,000.

Now the state owns 51% in Lubnygaz, another 10.49% stake belongs to Castlebury Ltd. (Cyprus), 11.34% - to Aer Alter Energy Resources Ltd. (Britain).

The owner of a 24.19% stake in Makiyivkagaz is Volodymyr Sheludchenko, 10.23% - Yevhen Mass, 13.13% - Oksana Mass.
