Naftogaz Ukrainy (Kyiv) has announced a tender to audit its financial and business activities for 2011 according to international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
According to a statement on the Derzhavni Zakupivli Web portal, bids are accepted until May 7, 2012. Tender proposals will be disclosed on the same date.
A bid security is UAH 360,000.
The audit has to be conducted by September 2012.
As reported, Naftogaz’s consolidated financial reporting for 2005-2009 was audited according to IFRS by Ernst&Young.
BDO audited the company’s financial reporting for 2010.
