AstapovLawyers International Law Group announced that Eugene Blinov, Counsel, who leads the International Commodity and Maritime Arbitrations practice and coordinates the firm’s advisory work in the Republic of Kazakhstan, was moved to partnership track.
Eugene joined AstapovLawyers International Law Group in 2007. He was promoted as a Counsel at the Firm in July 2011. Mr Blinov has considerable experience in representing companies in various international arbitration forums. Mr Blinov holds the Master of Laws degree (summa cum laude) from the Vadim Getman Kyiv National Economic University (Ukraine, 2007).
