Graham Conlon, an English-qualified Corporate partner in the International Private Equity team at CMS Cameron McKenna, has relocated from London to our Kyiv office.
Graham joined CMS in 2010 together with six other private equity/corporate lawyers, who handled Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and emerging market private equity-backed M&A transactions for Linklaters until 2007.
Graham has extensive experience in doing deals in CEE and the Former Soviet Union.
He spent over 5 years working for Linklaters advising on several high-profile cross-border transactions, mostly (but not exclusively) for private equity clients.
More recently, he lived and worked for over one year in Kazakhstan, where he became known as one of the leading expat lawyers advising a range of premium emerging market-focussed clients on a number of high profile acquisitions and disposals in the region.
Graham has a good working knowledge of Russian, German and Romanian.
Graham was awarded The Mergermarket Young Dealmaker of the Year prize in 2011.
