Ivan Lishchyna was appointed as a senior associate in the international arbitration and litigation department of AstapovLawyers.
Before joiningthe firm, Lishchyna practiced international arbitration and litigation law at several law firms including Engarde, Asters and Andriy Kravets and Partners. Lishchyna also worked as an attorney for the Registry of the European Court of Human Rights.
Lishchyna specializes in international dispute resolution and international commercial, corporate and investment transactions.
He appeared before the London Court of International Arbitration, European Court of Human Rights, the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
Lishchyna holds a law degree from Ukraine’s Yaroslav Mudryy National Law Academy.
