Tatiana Khandazhevska has joined Kiev office of Noerr as Head of Corporate and M&A department. Noerr is a first-class European law firm – with 15 offices and over 470 attorneys, tax advisors and auditors, who advice in all areas of commercial law in Germany, Central and Eastern Europe and USA. In her new position, Ms. Khandazhevska coordinates and supervises firm’s corporate and M&A practices in Ukraine.
Prior to joining Noerr, Ms. Khandazhevska practiced in M&A, corporate and antitrust department of well known Ukrainian law firms. She has gained a substantial experience in representing leading multinational and CIS-based companies in various industries on both cross-border transactional matters and local corporate and commercial law as well as regulatory matters.
