Poland intends to create ten business support centers in Ukraine within the program to enhance Ukraine's investment attractiveness and competitiveness of the regions.

“This project could become the beginning of further cooperation. We now issue about 800,000 euro, will implement six top priorities and 25 actions. This is primarily actions for consulting and training in the field of entrepreneurship,” the director of the technical assistance department in the Ministry of Economic Development of Poland Przemyslaw Derwich said.

“The results we expect are conducting conferences, seminars, research. But the most important thing is to create a minimum of ten business support centers and the so-called co-working centers,” the Polish official said, noting the goal of the project is the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine.

According to him, the project will involve the Ukrainian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Services. Derwich also hopes the State Property Fund and state authorities will participate in the program.
