Police have arrested Maria Kushnir, the former accountant for Nafthaz Ukrainy, Ukraine's state oil and gas monopoly.
According to Komsomolskaya Pravda, Kushnir was found in Volgograd, Russia, with the help of Russian law-enforcement agencies. The paper said she was hiding in one of the poorest suburbs of the city.
