Ukrainian mobile operator Kyivstar has introduced a new tariff for its prepaid subscribers offering free calls within the network after a fixed top-up. The free calls include calls to the networks of Kyivstar and its sister companies Beeline Ukraine and Golden Telecom, after a top-up of Hr 30. Read more.
