You're reading: Kyiv municipal authorities to involve investors in construction of 49 facilities

Kyiv City State Administration has extended to 49 the number of projects to be put to tender to attract investors.

According to the city state administration’s instruction No. 1504
dated August 29, 2012, the list includes six construction projects for
various sports complexes, in particular two in Holosiyivsky district,
three in Darnytsky district, and one in Dniprovsky districts.

In addition, the city authorities are planning to involve investors
in the construction of a hotel and health improvement complex with a
football pitch, a children’s playground, and a parking lot on Bazhana
Avenue near the Osokorky subway station in Darnytsky district, as well
as a camping area with a hotel and restaurant complex in the
Sviatoshynsky district of the capital.

The list of investment projects also includes housing construction
projects, in particular a block of flats in Darnytsky district, a
housing area in Desniansky district, a 16-storey block of flats in
Shevchenkivsky district, etc.

The investment projects mostly involve the construction of parking
lots, including ones in Holosiyivsky, Obolonsky, and Solomiansky
districts of Kyiv.

Kyiv City State Administration will also propose that investors
contribute to a project on a comprehensive development of Maskym Rylsky
Park in Holosiyivsky district, which foresees the construction of a
sports and health improvement complex, a leisure center, amusement park,
a center of arts, a children’s café, etc.

The municipal authorities also added to the list construction
projects of a SPA and restaurant complex in Sviatoshynsky district, a
hypermarket in Dniprovsky district, a trade and leisure center in
Obolonsky district, a business center in Solomiansky district, etc.
