Radisson Blu Podil Hotel with 163 rooms, built at 17-19 Bratska Street in Kyiv, will start accepting guests on November 1, 2012, according to the Web site of the Radisson Blu Hotel chain.

According to a posting, the cost of a room from November 1 to November 2 with full payment at the time of booking is EUR 144, the price of a standard room with breakfast without full payment when booking is EUR 201.

Hotel Development Deputy CEO Oleksiy Nefedov told Interfax-Ukraine that ф soft-opening of the hotel is scheduled for October.

As reported, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine permitted Denmark's Rezidor Hotels Aps Danmark to manage the property of the Radisson Blu Hotel in Podilsky District in Kyiv, which belongs to Kyiv-based Veon Plus LLC.

The Radisson Blu Hotel is the first project of Moscow-based Hotel Development. Investment in the project will be around $40-45 million.

The hotel will be the seventh hotel of Rezidor in Ukraine among its operating hotels and hotels at the stage of realization.

Rezidor Hotel Group manages four-star Radisson Blu hotels located at 22 Yaroslaviv Val Street in Kyiv and Alushta, and еру Radisson Blu Resort in Bukovel.
