You're reading: Rezidor Hotel Group opens second stage of Radisson Resort & SPA hotel in Alushta

Rezidor Hotel Group, an international hotel operator headquartered in Brussels, on May 21 opened the second phase of the Radisson Resort & SPA Alushta Hotel at 2, Lenin Street in Alushta (Crimea), the hotel has told Interfax-Ukraine.

“Today we officially opened the second phase of the hotel, with 146 rooms. The hotel will accept guests from May 28,” the report reads.

As reported, the hotel includes a conference hall for 300 persons, four conference halls for 100, 80, 70 and 45 persons respectively, and two restaurants. A wellness center will be opened by July.

The average price of a double standard room is UAH 1,155 a day.

The total number of rooms in Radisson Resort & SPA Alushta Hotel, including both stages, is 209.

The owner of the hotel is IFD Kapital Group, one of the largest diversified holdings in Russia. The group now invests in oil and gas sector, banking services, construction, energy and chemical industries, mass media and high-tech segments.

The first phase of the Radisson Resort & SPA Alushta with 63 rooms was opened in spring 2008 after the reconstruction of the Crimean Riviera Hotel. The second phase of the hotel is a newly constructed ten-storey building located on a land plot adjacent to the land plot where the first phase of the hotel is located.

In Ukraine, Rezidor unites six functioning hotels and hotels under construction. The Rezidor Hotel Group manages Radisson Blu and Radisson Blu Podil Hotel in Kyiv, Radisson Resort & SPA in Alushta (the first phase), Radisson Blu Resort in Bukovel (Ivano-Frankivsk region), and Park Inn by Radisson in Donetsk.
