European Court informed about Tymoshenko's refusal to undergo treatment
Lavrynovych noted that according to the State Penitentiary Service, Kachanivska penal colony in Kharkiv, where Tymoshenko is contained, "has all the necessary equipment, medicines, and experts from civil hospitals in order to carry out the eight stages of the treatment plan."
According to the Justice Minister, only two out of the ten items on the plan require taking the patient to a specialized medical institution.
As reported, the ECHR asked the Ukrainian government to ensure that former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko receives adequate medical treatment in an appropriate institution.
