KHARKIV – Kyivsky District Court of Kharkiv has satisfied a petition of the state prosecution in the criminal case against former Ukrainian Premier Yulia Tymoshenko on the activities of the United Energy Systems of Ukraine (UESU) Corporation to send to the ex-premier a request on her participation in a court hearing via a video conference.
In connection with this, the court hearing was postponed until 10 a.m. on September 11.
As soon as the judge announced the decision, Tymoshenko’s supporters
that were present in the courtroom started chanting “Shame!”
