The UDAR Party will not cooperate with the Regions Party and its satellite parties in the new parliament, Leader of the UDAR Party Vitali Klitschko has said in Lviv.
“We consistently protected the interests of Kyiv residents at Kyiv City Council, we protected the land and budgets from embezzlement, and we did not vote for illegal decisions. We never sold ourselves and we never colluded with anyone. What else could prove that we’re in the opposition? We will never cooperate with the Regions Party and its satellites,” the politician said.
When asked whether the reports that UDAR was allegedly funded by oligarchs were trustworthy, Klitschko said: “I never sold myself and I will not do this. Full stop! Freedom and a possibility to make decisions independently are precious for a person. I have it, and I will keep it, because there are no oligarchs and puppeteers behind my back.”
