You're reading: Number of international observers for Ukraine elections reaches 464

The number of international observers to work at Ukraine's parliamentary elections of Oct. 28 reached 464 on Monday as the Central Election Commission put 39 more names on the list.

Thirty of those registered on Monday represent For Fair Elections, an
international organization with the declared objective of helping
develop electoral technologies. Two come from Canadian group CANADEM,
one from the United States’ International Republican Institute (IRI),
and six from Poland.
