Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv has closed proceedings on a case against Former Ukrainian Regional Development and Construction Minister and Deputy Leader of the People's Movement of Ukraine (Rukh) Vasyl Kuybida due to the lack of evidence of a crime.
According to Rukh representatives, if the prosecution does not appeal against this ruling, it will come into effect in ten days.

As reported, the SBU accused Kuybida of violating the law while selecting the head of the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Construction Control of Ukraine in Rivne region at the beginning of 2010.
