Obama says US won’t pull down Russia sanctions until full implementation of Minsk agreements

HANGZHOU - Sanctions against Russia won't be cancelled until the Minsk agreements are implemented in full, United States President Barack Obama said on Monday at the close of the G20 summit in Hangzhou, China.

Obama said he made clear that until the Minsk accord is implemented, Washington will not pull down sanctions.
