MOSCOW - Georgian government members could take part in negotiations on resuming exports of Georgian wine and mineral water to the Russian market, says Gennady Onishchenko, Russia's chief public health official and head of the consumer protection watchdog Rospotrebnadzor.

“They should decide who will travel and then they are welcome. I am
prepared to meet with them by January 20. If the Georgian government
wishes that members of government institutions be part of this
delegation, we won’t object,” Onishchenko told Interfax on Thursday.

“We are prepared to meet with them even between January 10 and 20,” he said.
