The State Duma's deputies include two ruble billionaires, both of them members of the United Russia party, according to 2011 incomes declarations submitted by the members of Russia's lower house of parliament.

Grigory Anikeyev, a member of the Duma’s Committee on Property, declares a total income of 2.71 billion rubles for 2011. He co-owns several buildings and owns roads, two land plots, a house, three apartments, and four cars, according to his declaration, posted on the Duma’s website.

The declaration of Nikolai Bortsov, a member of the Agrarian Committee and of the Parliamentary Ethics Commission, states an income of 1.28 billion rubles and says the deputy owns four land plots, two houses, an apartment, two cars, and a tractor.

His wife’s declared earnings are 148 million rubles. She owns two houses, six apartments, and two land plots, Bortsov’s declaration says.

Of the Duma deputies’ spouses, the richest is the wife of Sergei Petrov, who is a member of the Budget and Taxation Committee and represents the Just Russia party. Her husband’s declaration puts her income at 1.31 billion rubles and says she owns an apartment. Sergei Petrov himself raised 438.3 million rubles and owns a land lot and an apartment.
