Moscow - The Russian-Ukrainian carrier rocket Zenit-3SL with the Intelsat 21 American satellite blasted off from the Odyssey platform in the Pacific Ocean under the Sea Launch program on Sunday.
“It was the second launch this year under the Seal Launch project,” the space rocket corporation Energia told Interfax-AVN.
