Doctors have allowed Dynamo Kyiv manager Oleh Blokhin to return to the coaching bench, Dynamo President Ihor Surkis has said.

“I would not assume responsibility for risking the health of Blokhin or any other player, but during another medical examination doctors allowed Oleh Volodymyrovych to sit on the coaching bench during the match against PSG. This suggests that he has almost recovered,” he said.

On November 21, Dynamo will take on Paris Saint-Germain in their fifth match of the group stage of the Champions League.

As reported, on October 6, Blokhin underwent a successful operation at Kyiv-based Boris Clinic on October 6 after doctors discovered that he had thrombosis of the left internal carotid artery.
