Ukraine joined its co-host Poland on the exit ramp from Euro 2012 on June 19, falling to England, 1-0, in Donetsk in the teams’ final group game. Wayne Rooney scored the winner, a header that might have been remembered if Ukraine’s Marko Devic had been credited with an equalizer in the 62nd minute. Devic ran past John Terry and slammed a shot off Joe Hart that hung in midair just long enough for Terry to scramble back and clear it off the line. But did he?
