  LONDON, Aug 10 (Reuters) - Ukraine's Oleksandr Gvozdyk won the bronze medal in the men's light heavyweight boxing event.

 Kazakhstan's Adilbek Niyazymbetov won an Olympic semi-finals bout in the men's light heavyweight boxing event on Friday. Niyazymbetov beat Ukraine's Oleksandr Gvozdyk to progress to the final while Gvozdyk went home with a bronze. Results Table Adilbek Niyazymbetov (Kazakhstan) beat Oleksandr Gvozdyk (Ukraine) 13-13 Egor Mekhontsev (Russia) beat Yamaguchi Falcao (Brazil) 23-11.
