SIMFEROPOL - Simferopol's Kyivsky District Court during a closed hearing chose a restrictive measure in the form of arrest for two months against the Ukrainian resident Yevhen Panov suspected by the Russian security services of organizing sabotage activities in Crimea, a source in the court said.

“Panov was arrested for two months,” the source said.

The suspect was escorted by law enforcement officials from the courtroom and put in a microbus, an Interfax correspondent reported.

The court’s representatives refused to comment on the grounds of journalists not being participants in the proceedings.
