The bodies of four fishermen killed in the collision of a fishing boat and a Russian Coast Guard vessel in the Sea of Azov have been found, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reports.

“All bodies of the deceased Ukrainian citizens have been discovered,” ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis told Interfax-Ukraine on Monday.

The families of two fishermen are on their way to Russia to help with identification of the bodies. The bodies of another two Ukrainians were brought to their home country on July 20.

“As far as the Foreign Ministry knows, the Ukrainian who survived the collision is still in the hospital. His condition is fair,” he said.

A Ukrainian boat collided with a Russian Coast Guard vessel off the Russian village of Vorontsovka in the Sea of Azov at around 6 p.m. on July 17. The fishing boat capsized, killing four Ukrainian citizens. One fisherman was rescued.

Russia opened a criminal case under Article 352 of the Russian Criminal Code (breach of shipping rules), the Main Military Investigative Department of the Russian Investigative Committee said.

The Russian Embassy in Kyiv promised a full investigation and transfer of the case materials to Ukraine.
