The same people organized the blasts that hit Dnipropetrovsk in April 2012 and in November 2011, TSN news program on 1+1 TV Channel reported referring to prosecutor of Dnipropetrovsk region Natalia Marchuk.

According to Marchuk, the materials of the cases have been united.

As reported, in November 2011 a concrete waste bin exploded at a tram stop near the central department store. A passer-by, who was a twenty-seven-year-old financial director of a private company, was killed by the blast. A criminal case on terror act was opened at that time.

On April 27, four blasts went off in the center of Dnipropetrovsk. Thirty-one people were injured by the blasts. Four men suspected of being involved in the organization of the blasts have been arrested.
