The completion of the vote count in Ukraine's parliamentary election by one of the district election commissions in constituency No. 216 in Kyiv is being delayed due to the fact that the chairman of this commissions has disappeared.
The chairman disappeared together with the commission’s seal, Deputy
Head of the Central Election Commission Andriy Mahera said at a briefing
on Wednesday.
According to Mahera, the CEC recommended the district commission should turn to the police.
