The Central Election Commission of Ukraine (CEC) has registered first 39 official international parliamentary election observers.
The commission at a meeting on August 3, 2012 registered 39 observers
from the European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations (ENEMO).
These are first official observers registered by the CEC.
The parliamentary election in Ukraine is to be held on Oct. 28, 2012.
