The Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine has dismissed a lawsuit by the Batkivschyna All-Ukrainian Union, which asked to oblige the Central Election Commission to establish results of voting for party lists at 27 polling stations in constituency No. 94 (Obukhiv, Kyiv region).

Representatives of the opposition pointed out in their lawsuit that almost 31,000 votes at 27 polling stations of this constituency that were cast for the Batkivschyna United Opposition were not counted.

As reported, the district election commission declared invalid voting at 27 polling stations in this constituency.

The CEC earlier found it impossible to establish the results of election in single seat constituency No. 94, although the results of voting for party lists there were taken into account.
