The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv has announced a break until 10:15 on Monday, August 15, in its hearings of the criminal case opened against Oleksiy Pukach, the former head of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry's foreign surveillance department.

"A break has been announced in the case until 10:15 on August 15," Lesia Gongadze’s lawyer Andriy Fedur said near the building of the court on Thursday.

He recalled that Valentyna Telychenko, the lawyer for journalist Georgy Gongadze’s widow Myroslava Gongadze, had left the court meeting to find out the latter’s e-mail address and invite her to the next meeting. Fedur said that Telychenko had not returned to the meeting on Thursday.
