Wayne Rooney has vowed to be fit and ready for England's third and final group game against Ukraine at the European Championships. The Manchester United striker is suspended for England's first two group matches after kicking out at Miodrag Dzudovic in England's final qualifier against Montenegro.
Despite missing the games against France and Sweden, Rooney is keen to impress Roy Hodgson and earn a start in the game against Ukraine.
