“The main purpose of the working group is to develop a civilized way to combat the erosion of tax base and income withdrawal outside Ukraine,” she said at the meeting.

The MP also pointed out that the working group on preparing legal framework for so-called de-offshorization should take deliberate steps not to harm the existing business in Ukraine and fulfill the main task – to harmonize the regulatory base of Ukraine to counter the erosion of the tax base of the Ukrainian state jointly with the civilized countries of the world.

Yuzhanina reported the working group involves at least 23 members.

“These are professional associations, organizations, executive bodies, deputies. The total number of group members comes to 60 people,” she said.

In addition, she proposed the participants to consider and discuss the working version of the concept, which was jointly developed with the experts of the Verkhovna Rada committee on taxation and customs policy.
