One of the defense lawyers of former prime minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko, Oleksandr Plakhotniuk, has said he believes that the medicines of unknown origin that were found in the ex-premier's hospital ward could have been planted during a search, reads a report on the Web site of the Batkivschyna Party.

“Yulia Tymoshenko told me that dosimeters were taken from her, but
she mentioned no medications,” the lawyer said after a meeting with his
client on Thursday, according to the report.

The press service of the State Penitentiary Service said earlier that
a secret compartment in a copy of the Criminal Code of Ukraine has been
found in Tymoshenko’s ward in Central Clinical Hospital in Kharkiv. The
cache contained prohibited electronic devices and medicines of unknown
origin.
