A deputy of Horlivka (Donetsk region) town council Volodymyr Rybak has been kidnapped, Hromadske TV reported referring to ex-head of Front for Change Party in Donetsk region, Oleksandr Yaroshenko.
The kidnapped deputy represented the interests of Batkivschyna Party in Horlivka town council.
Earlier Rybak stripped a flag of self-proclaimed Donetsk people’s
republic from the building of Horlivka town council that was installed
by the pro-Russian activists.
