Donetsk - Recent events on streets and squares of Donbass do not show the opinion of all the citizens of the region but only of an aggressive part of the population, dialogue with whom can be conducted only according to the letter of the law, Head of Donetsk Regional State Administration Serhiy Taruta has said.

“Unfortunately people are very disappointed, they are disoriented, and feeling of one’s land, language and surroundings has been lost. It allows migrant offenders to provoke the situation, ” Taruta said during the meeting with the students of the leading universities in the region on March 18.

Taruta also said that the aggression of these people “is fueled by ‘directors’ who are not here.”

“We have good enough reasons to start calmly conducting this dialogue from next week,” he said.
