DONETSK – The contact group on Ukraine and all four subgroups will meet in Minsk on March 23, the agenda is not changing, DPR envoy Denis Pushilin said.
“Four subgroups are scheduled for the 23rd (of March). The agenda is not changing. Political issues remain the main issues, no other issues can be resolved until the political issues are resolved. I don’t think a serious breakthrough can be achieved, especially bearing in mind that the process should take place gradually,” Pushilin told reporters.
