Eleven crimes related to the Euro 2012 European Football Championship have been registered in Lviv during Euro 2012, the head of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry's main office in Lviv region, Oleksandr Rudiak, has said.

“From June 8 to June 19, we recorded 11 crimes related to Euro 2012, and ten of the cases have already been solved,” he said at a press conference on Wednesday.

Rudiak said that three crimes had been committed against foreign nationals – two robberies and a theft. The case of a robbery, in which money and a mobile phone were taken from a foreigner, remains unsolved.

As of yet another robbery, in which a Romanian photographer was robbed, Rudiak said that police had arrested three suspects and seized evidence.

In addition, he said that police had arrested four pickpockets – two of them in the fan zone.
