Decisions by the Council of the European Union on the situation in Ukraine made on April 14 show that Brussels does not understand the processes occurring there, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
“Having issued yet another far-out ‘accorded stance’, the EU has once
again shown a complete lack of understanding of processes occurring in
Ukraine, even worse than that, a complete unwillingness to understand
and acknowledge reasons and motives, with which the Ukrainian people of
the country’s south-eastern regions are driven,” the Russian Foreign
Ministry Information and Press department said in a statement on
Tuesday.
