Ukraine has made sufficient progress in meeting the requirements of the visa dialogue with the EU to move to the next phase of a process that would eventually lead to visa-free travel for Ukrainian citizens. This is the main conclusion of the fourth progress report on the implementation by Ukraine of the Visa Liberalisation Action Plan (VLAP), adopted by the European Commission.
