The State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine has denied Eugenia Tymoshenko’s request for an emergency visit with her mother, former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, who has been in serious condition since yesterday.
"Unfortunately, I wasn’t allowed to see her for even a minute. They said today is a day off and nobody will come out to see me. Even the head guard didn’t come out. What’s going on with my mother? What condition is she in?" Eugenia Tymoshenko said.
